Kids Classes
Kids Boxing (Ages 5–8 & 9–16)
Our kids boxing classes are designed to help children and teens build
confidence, coordination, and discipline in a fun and supportive
environment.
For ages 5–8, sessions focus on learning the basics through games,
movement, and simple boxing techniques that encourage teamwork and
enjoyment.
For kids and teens aged 9–16, classes develop boxing fundamentals
further, including shadow boxing, pad & bag work, and conditioning, while
promoting focus, respect, and self-belief.
All sessions are non-contact, age-appropriate, and led by experienced
coaches — with fun always at the heart of what we do.
Kids Yoga Club Ages 4+
This class introduces children aged 4+ to yoga in a fun and engaging way,
using movement, simple breathing, and playful activities. Kids Yoga Club
supports balance, focus, and confidence while encouraging children to
enjoy moving their bodies at their own pace.
Teens Strength & Conditioning (Ages 13–17)
Teens Strength & Conditioning is designed to help young people build
strength, fitness, and confidence in a safe and structured environment.
Sessions focus on age-appropriate strength training, conditioning drills,
and movement skills to support coordination, endurance, and overall
physical development. With an emphasis on good technique and positive
habits, this class helps teens develop strength and confidence while
staying active and engaged.
Kids Street & Commercial Dance
(Currently not running this class as awaiting new instructor)
Kids Street & Commercial Dance is a fun, energetic class where children
learn dance routines inspired by street and commercial styles. Sessions
focus on building confidence, coordination, and musicality while encouraging self-expression and teamwork. Choreography is age-appropriate and taught in a supportive, positive environment where kids can enjoy moving, learning, and performing.
Kids Calisthenics
(Currently not running this class as awaiting new instructor)
In these classes we gamify workouts to make them fun and engaging. We aim to teach kids how to use their bodyweight to develop fundamental movement patterns that transfer to all forms of physical activity and sports. The objective is for them to gain an understanding of how their bodies work in order to keep fit and healthy for the rest of their lives. As well as all of this, they will learn how to do some awesome tricks along the way!
Women’s Only Classes
Booty Gains
Booty Gains is a women-only strength class focused on activating and
strengthening the glutes while building core strength and confidence.
Expect a challenging yet supportive workout using a mix of exercises and
variations designed to sculpt, strengthen, and improve lower-body power.
Whether your goal is stronger glutes, leaner abs, or simply feeling more
confident in your body, this class will help you feel the burn and see
results — at your own pace.
Strong Woman
Strong Woman is a strength-based class designed to support women in
building full-body strength and confidence through structured training.
Sessions focus on weight-based and functional exercises that improve
muscle strength, stability, and overall fitness. This class offers a
welcoming, encouraging environment where you can train at your own
pace, feel supported, and make steady progress over time.
LAB (Legs, Abs, Booty)
LAB is a focused strength and toning class targeting the legs, glutes, and
core. Expect a mix of effective exercise routines designed to strengthen
and shape key areas including quads, calves, glutes, and abs.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to tone up, build strength, and
improve overall fitness — all while training to upbeat music in a motivating,
feel-good atmosphere.

Our women-only boxing class is a powerful, confidence-building workout
that combines boxing technique with conditioning for a full-body burn.

Mothers Fitness Classes
Fit Mummas
Are you looking at losing post baby weight? Feeling tired, stressed and experiencing muscle pain? Did you know cardio and weight training are two great ways of clearing your mind, losing weight & building a strong and healthy body? Fit Mamas is a supportive full-body workout for mums at any stage of motherhood. Sessions focus on building overall fitness, improving strength, and moving your body in a way that feels good. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and light weights, this class is ideal if you’re getting back into exercise or want a balanced, feel-good workout in a welcoming environment. Babies are welcome to join you
during the class if they’re not yet crawling.
Strong Mummas
Strong Mamas is a strength-focused class for mums who want to build
confidence with weights and develop full-body strength. Sessions include
resistance training and functional exercises designed to help you feel
stronger, more capable, and supported in everyday movements. This class still allows you to work at your own level, while offering a more strength-led approach to training. Babies are welcome to join you during the class if they’re not yet crawling.
Prenatal Pilates
Prenatal Pilates is a gentle, supportive class designed to help you stay
active and comfortable throughout pregnancy. Sessions focus on safe
movement, breathing, posture, and strength to support your changing
body, reduce aches, and prepare for birth. Exercises are carefully adapted
for each stage of pregnancy, creating a calm and welcoming space where
you can move with confidence and care.
Postnatal Pilates
Postnatal Pilates is designed to support you in the early stages of your
postnatal journey, helping you rebuild strength safely and gradually.
Sessions focus on core and pelvic floor strength, posture, mobility, and
overall stability, with exercises adapted to suit your recovery. This class
offers a supportive environment to reconnect with your body, move gently,
and build strength at your own pace. Babies are welcome to attend with
you if they’re not yet crawling.
General Fitness
East London Bootcamp
East London Bootcamp is a High-Intensity Class that uses a mixture of strength training, bodyweight exercises and interval training. These exercises are designed to push yourself past your limits and achieve maximum results! All the exercises combined will get your heart pumping, challenge your muscles, and get those endorphins flowing.
Met-Con Circuits
MetCon Circuits is a high-energy class combining cardio, strength, and
conditioning to build power, stamina, and overall fitness. Sessions use
timed circuit-style exercises to keep the workout varied, engaging, and
effective, helping you improve endurance while strengthening the whole
body. This class offers a motivating and supportive environment where
you can work hard, move with purpose, and leave feeling strong and
energised.
Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is a full-body workout focused on improving
overall strength, fitness, and physical performance. Using weights and
guided drills, sessions are designed to build strength, increase endurance,
and support better movement and conditioning. This class offers a
structured and supportive environment where you can train at your own
pace while steadily progressing.
Body Pump
Body Pump is a strength-focused class designed to improve muscle tone
and endurance using light-to-medium weights. The class follows a
structured format that works through different muscle groups using
controlled, high-repetition movements to build strength and definition.
Body Pump is suitable for all fitness levels and offers a consistent,
effective approach to strength training.
Strength & Stretch
Strength & Stretch is a full-body class that blends strength training with
mobility and stretching to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and
balanced. Sessions focus on controlled movement, functional strength,
and stretching to support better posture, reduce stiffness, and prevent
injury. This class is suitable for all abilities and is ideal if you want to build
strength while improving flexibility and overall movement quality.
Lift & Shred
Lift & Shred is a fast-paced class that combines strength-based exercises
with short bursts of cardio to help increase calorie burn and improve
overall fitness. Sessions focus on efficient training using weights and
dynamic movements to keep the intensity high while working at a steady,
achievable pace. This class is open to all levels and is ideal if you’re
looking for an effective, time-efficient workout.

Dance
Zumba Fitness
Zumba is a fun, high-energy dance fitness class that combines Latin-
inspired music with easy-to-follow dance movements to improve fitness and boost your mood. Led by our Colombian instructor, sessions are rooted in authentic Latin rhythms and focus on cardio, coordination, and enjoyment rather than perfection. Open to all levels, Zumba is a great way to move, sweat, and feel energised in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Step Dance Fitness
Step Dance Fitness is a fun, rhythmic class that combines step-based
movements with simple dance patterns to improve cardio fitness,
coordination, and lower-body strength. Sessions use the step to create
varied, engaging routines that keep the heart rate up while remaining easy
to follow. Open to all levels, this class offers an enjoyable way to stay
active, build confidence, and move to the rhythm in a supportive
environment.
Adult Commercial & Street Dance
This class is open to all levels and focuses on learning choreography
inspired by commercial and street dance styles in a supportive, relaxed
environment. Sessions include a warm-up, technique work, and guided
routines that help build confidence, coordination, and musicality. Whether
you’re new to dance or returning after a break, this class offers a fun and
structured way to move, learn, and enjoy dancing.
Pilates and Yoga
Pilates
Pilates is a class focused on building core strength, improving posture,
and increasing flexibility through controlled, purposeful movement. Each
session blends strength and mobility work with mindful breathing to
support better body awareness, balance, and overall movement quality.
Suitable for all levels, Pilates offers a supportive environment where you
can move with intention, build strength gradually, and develop a stronger,
more connected body.
Hatha Yoga
This class will use classical Hatha yoga postures, to improve alignment, build strength and increase flexibility, using the breath to facilitate relaxation. Poses can be modified to be accessible to everyone.
Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha Flow Yoga combines strength, flexibility, and mindful movement in a
flowing, structured practice. You’ll move through well-paced sequences
that challenge the body, improve mobility, and build balance, all guided by breath. This class is ideal if you want a solid yoga workout that energises you while helping you move better and feel more connected in your body.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a strong and dynamic form of yoga that follows the same set sequence of postures in order. Each class starts with sun salutations, then standing and seated postures, a finishing sequence and rest. Breathing is synchronised with movement to help concentrate the mind. This class is designed to help you learn the primary series.
Gentle Candlelit Yoga
Candlelit Yoga is a slower-paced class designed to help you unwind, move
gently, and reset both body and mind. Practised in a softly lit space,
sessions focus on steady movement, breath awareness, and creating time
to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Bro Yoga – Stretch, Strengthen & Move Better
Bro Yoga is a yoga-inspired class designed to help men improve flexibility, strength, and overall movement — without pressure, performance, or expectations. Sessions combine stretching, mobility, and controlled strength work with simple breath awareness to help calm the mind, release tension, and improve how your body moves day to day.The class focuses on loosening tight muscles, supporting recovery, and building body awareness, helping you move more freely and comfortably both in and out of the gym.Ideal if you lift weights, play sports, or spend long hours sitting, Bro Yoga is open to all levels and offers a relaxed, supportive space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with your body — leaving you feeling stronger, clearer, and more balanced.
Clinical Pilates (Intermediate/advanced)
This class is led by chartered physiotherapists with an expert knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and rehabilitation through exercises. There is a focus on precision, alignment, specific muscle activation and core control. This Pilates class is often used as an adjunct to various sports and is an ideal form of strength training to aid injury prevention and compliment training schedules for a challenging core workout (This class is booked separately via Orient Physiotherapy Clinic [https://www.orientphysiotherapy.co.uk/]).
Thai chi & Gong Fu Fan
Fan The fan is both visually striking and practical — light to carry, cooling to use, and powerful for building coordination, balance, mobility, and focus. This dynamic practice supports relaxation, posture, and overall wellbeing while keeping movement fun and expressive.
Tai Chi & Gong Fu Fan was created during China’s bid for the Beijing 2008 Olympics as a mass participation wellbeing activity, performed to the iconic song Chinese Kung Fu. In 2008, 2,008 people performed the routine in Beijing, introducing this fan form to the world. It has since become the most popular fan form in China and internationally.
In this class, you’ll learn core fan skills including wrist mobility, opening and closing techniques, directional movements, basic footwork, and stances. These are gradually combined to form the first section of the Tai Chi & Gong Fu Fan routine.
Rooted in Taoist principles of Yin and Yang, Tai Chi blends soft and strong, slow and fast movements with controlled breathing. We teach Chen Style Tai Chi, the original Tai Chi style, known for its flowing transitions, silk-reeling energy, and expressive bursts of power.

Muay Thai Conditioning
A non-contact full body conditioning class incorporating elements of Thai kicks, knees, elbows, combined with boxing and flexibility training. All levels welcome. (We are currently not running a regular class but if you are interested in 1-1 or small group training contact the studio for more info).
