Prenatal Yoga Course

Join Claudia for a 6 week Prenatal Yoga course. This prenatal course will help relieve tension, strengthen and tone muscles, boost circulation and give you time to connect with your baby, body and breath, preparing you physically and mentally for pregnancy and birth. Open to all levels. Not recommended before the second trimester of pregnancy.
